On 26th December 2009, Attwood Investment Group's Chairwoman Madam Lim Chhiv Ho has signed a MOU with Mr. Nguyen Duy Huang, President of Vinashin Group to invest in Wind Power, Hospital and Coal Power at Stung Hav SEZ & International Port, Sihanoukville. Both parties has been in discussion for the past six months and are scheduling for the next follow-up meeting January 10th 2010.

It's faulty information. Mr. Nguyen Duy Hung is not Vinashin's President. He is only the President of Shinpetrol (a Joint stock Company between Vinashin and private sector)
